Location: Taken between Bideralp and Brand on the path to Sengg
Flower Notes: 10-30cm tall; leaves narrowly oval to lanceolate with coarse and stiff hairs; flowers in unilateral few-flowered raceme, nodding; calyx sinus with cordate recurved appendages; corolla blue-lilac to blue (rarely white). Pastures, dwarf shrub stands; meagre soils poor in calcium. 1200-2600m, flowering time 7-8. Rather common.
